Inside Sales Specialist - Education (3-7 yrs)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible to drive enrollment targets and contribute in generating revenue for the organization
- Drive enrollments by providing advisory and counselling services to the candidates and assist them in selecting the right program.
- Lead Management - Connecting with prospective candidates who showed interest in Pearson programs
- CRM - Follow a sales process to convert leads
- Lead Conversion - In addition to giving an overview of our programs, follow up on leads for closures as well as generate references.
- Application Process - Guide the students and monitor the admissions process to ensure effective communication in tandem with application deadlines.
- Communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, emails, face to face interactions etc.
- Forecasting & Funnel Management - Actively participate and present in weekly meeting rhythms to discuss performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to enhance team performance.
- Engage in building a strong brand for Pearson TNE courses amongst the target groups.
- Executing marketing activities to achieve targets
- Delivering the jobs within the specified turn-around-time
- Utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads.
- Conduct a self-audit to ensure efficiency and consistency of database.
- Follow a lead nurture process / strategy designed to re-engage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses.

- Update database system to reflect current/upcoming term information (email templates, enrollment periods, filters, etc.)
Required Knowledge And Experience :
- Graduate / MBA in marketing
- 3 - 7 years- in online education or overseas training institutes
- Candidates are preferred from edtech background
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of industry trends and knowledge of Indian and global learning / education industry
- Consultative Mindset - The candidate must have a consultative mindset and an understanding to provide counselling to candidates.
- Understanding and exposure to International Markets (UK and Australia). The candidate will be handling multiple international programs simultaneously.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail
