Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via phone, understand their educational goals, and counsel them on our programs.

- Build and maintain relationships with students to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

- Follow up on leads, answer inquiries, and convert interest into action.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach enrollment targets.

- Document interactions in CRM software and report progress to the management.

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum 2 years in tele-counselling, preferably in an education-related role.

Communication : Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Customer-Focused : A friendly and empathetic approach to understanding student needs.

Target-Oriented : Driven to meet and exceed goals, with a focus on closing leads.
