Inside Sales Specialist - Education (2-4 yrs)

We- re building a new-age financial ecosystem from the ground up, which can rapidly scale to millions of users and billions of transactions worldwide.To accomplish this hugely challenging and immensely rewarding goal, we want to bring on board a Inside Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing team of friendly, creative individuals with diverse passions and backgrounds.
In your position, you will:
- Assess client requirements and pitch the product to pre-generated leads as well as generate new leads.
- Build the entire inside sales process in the company.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
- Focus on creating customer satisfaction thereby creating online awareness of the paid membership plans.
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow-ups & value delivery.
- Focus on revenue generation and contribute to overall business objectives and profitability.
It's essential that you:
- Have studied from a reputed university or equivalent experience, preferably with hands-on B2B sales experience
- Have experience in account management & up-selling - preferably with a financial product
- Have 1-2 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales
- Have the ability to articulate the solutions to key decision makers
- Have good communication skills
- Are preferably from a BFSI industry background.
- Loves working in a growth-stage startup.
