Inside Sales Specialist - Education (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media).
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs.
- Present and explain the benefits of our yoga classes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
- Manage and update CRM with client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graudates.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Passion for yoga and wellness is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Salary fo 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA + Unlimited incentives, Vouchers, additional week off if targets overachieved.
