Inside Sales Specialist - Education (0-4 yrs)
Role Description :
We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist (0-4 years experience) for a full-time, on-site role. The job includes lead generation, customer satisfaction, and promoting our programs while building strong client relationships.
Qualifications :
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Education/child development experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify leads
- Prospect new customers and follow up with inquiries
- Identify decision-makers in target businesses
- Maintain customer data in the CRM system
Shift timings :
- India Shift : 12 pm to 9 pm IST - Work from office
- Europe shift : 4 pm to 2 am IST - Work from home
- US shift : 9 pm to 7 am IST - Work from home
- Australian Shift : 6 am to 3 pm IST - Work from home
- No of working days : 06 days a week
