Skill Lync is a fast-growing online education platform that offers industry-relevant courses in the

engineering domain. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and

help us expand our business.

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad

Compensation:

1. The Inside Sales Specialist role is a full-time position with a starting salary of 3.5LPA

(Fixed)

2. At the time of training and OJT period you will get 15k per month

3. In addition to the base salary, the position offers performance-based incentives and benefits

Training :

1. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be required to complete 14 days of on-the-job training to become familiar with our platform, products, and sales processes.

2. The training will be conducted by our experienced trainers, and you will receive ongoing coaching and support throughout your tenure.

3. Once the training is completed you will be given 30 days to get 1 PG Program Realized Sale, if it is done within the time period you will become a permanent employee of the Skill Lync

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation activities and try to convert them

2. Communicate our value proposition and course offerings to prospects in a compelling and persuasive manner

3. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and buying authority

4. Provide accurate information and support to customers throughout the sales process

5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

6. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as an inside sales representative, preferably in the education or tech industry is a plus

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and basic analytical skills

3. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for education

6. Basic knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or Leadsquared
