Inside Sales Specialist - EdTech (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective tech candidates and provide detailed information about our corporate training and on-the-job training programs.
- Guide applicants through the entire admission process, answering queries, and assisting with application submissions.
- Achieve and exceed admission targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective students using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for attracting and converting leads.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or tech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
