Inside Sales Specialist - B2B Sales - IT Firm (3-7 yrs)
Job Profile : Inside Sales Specialist - B2B Sales ( IT Organisation) - India , Middle East , Europe & Americas
Location : Bangalore
Ideal candidate will have :
- Business Acumen
- Good Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Proven track record with IT/Software Sales and Services (Preferably Microsoft products like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure)
- Awareness of the concept of selling and understanding client's needs
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and MS Office skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, cold emails and, calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in CRM system
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients/customers
- Creating lead engagement plans and strategies
- Involve in dynamic sales-making process at a great success rate
- Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals
- Building cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insights
- Enable business relations with organizations to smoothen and exponentially better the sales-making process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
