Inside Sales Specialist (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Independently research the target market and continuously identify new leads and opportunities without much guidance
2. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations; Reach out to such targets and schedule introductory pitches
3. Assist sales team through background research on the target company and the individual
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and/or performance metrics
Requirements :
1. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree, ideally in technology/engineering or marketing or business
2. Experience : Proven track record of 5 years in inside sales. The ideal candidate will have experience driving inside sales for complex B2B services targeting US/international markets.
Specifically, we will look for the following skills :
a. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing
b. Excellent and error-free written communication and interpersonal skills
c. Ability to use LinkedIn effectively for lead generation
d. Exposure to using webinars and other consultative sales channels
e. Comfort with using MS-Excel and other tools to manage and track lists, workstreams, etc
