What You'll Do:
Lead Management & Conversion - Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through strategic outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Sales Execution - Present conference offerings, address inquiries, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
Pipeline Management - Use CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar to track leads, interactions, and conversions.
Market & Competitor Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
Customer Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions and personalized engagement.
Team Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing and event teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Performance Reporting - Generate insightful sales reports on activities, conversion rates, and revenue projections for senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer relations (including internships).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
