Inside Sales Executive - Nightshift
- 100% Remote
- Shift Time: 9.30 PM to 6.30AM (US CST)
- Language : English and Malayalam
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within target markets.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for cold calling only. No email campaigns, and social media outreach in future phases.
- Coordinate with Care Plus India operations on track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities
- Lead Qualification and Sales:
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management will be managed onshore
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Work closely with Care Plus India team to track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, call volume, revenue).
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to sales strategy optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3+ yrs experience as an Outbound Sales Agent or similar role (e.g., Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of motivation and a desire to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
