Inside Sales Specialist (3-4 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in B2B sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing appointments with Marketing teams including CMOs of large corporate organisations, start-ups and institutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of B2B sales involving Marketing Heads and marketing teams of large organisations, start-ups and institutions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with senior executives.
- Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a consultative approach to appointment setting and sales.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the business media landscape and a keen understanding of sponsorship dynamics.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
