- For sales roles candidates from insurance sales, loan sales and credit card sales is preferred, and sales candidates should be thorough on number of calls, conversions of leads to sales, follow up calls, revenue target, leads provided by the company or self- leads, weeks targets and monthly targets and achievement of targets.
For reconciliation : Knowledge on Pivot table, V lookup and H lookup
Social media escalation :
- Experience handling escalation on social media platforms like twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, google who are good communication both written ( especially in emails) and oral (English +Hindi).
Management Escalation :
