Inside Sales Role - Solar Product (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- As an Inside Sales Representative in Sunson Energy, your role will primarily focus on managing qualified leads generated through various channels. You will be responsible for coordinating site visits, following up with leads, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Your goal is to facilitate the smooth progression of qualified leads through the sales pipeline and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and review qualified leads generated through different mediums such as marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Contact qualified leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to understand their solar needs and assess their potential as customers.
- Arrange and schedule site visits for qualified leads to assess their premises for solar energy system installation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as field technicians or sales representatives, to ensure smooth site visit logistics and provide necessary information to the lead.
- Conduct follow-up communication with leads after site visits to address any additional questions, provide further information, and gauge their level of interest.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads' preferences, and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for the further sales process, providing necessary background information and insights.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for qualified leads.
- Support the sales team in tracking the progress of qualified leads through the sales pipeline, providing regular updates on lead status, conversion rates, and any potential bottlenecks.
- Continuously strive to improve lead management processes, including lead nurturing techniques, follow-up strategies, and CRM utilization.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in inside sales or lead management, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with leads and internal teams.
- Familiarity with solar energy products, installation processes, and industry terminology.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of technical aspects related to solar energy systems is desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
