Inside Sales Role - Software Testing Firm (2-5 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities include :
Role :
- The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, mapping and qualifying potential sales opportunities and scheduling Sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Responsible for Prospecting, Lead Generation and Market Study.
- Research and discover methods to increase client engagement.
- Drive Inside Sales Exercise to meet annual and quarterly sales target for regions and territories along with the Sales Team.
- Setup meeting through phone calls and email.
- Pitch QA Services to all target companies over the phone and email.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach out to them.
- Support sales enablement programs.
- Run campaigns which includes - Cold Call, Cold Email, Social Media Marketing.
- Regular Follow Ups and help Sales Team maintain healthy pipeline.
- Understand and search for companies who need QA Service and pitch company's solution.
Required Skills :
- 1- 2 years of Inside Sales Experience in Testing / IT Services.
- IT Cold Calling Experience to geographies - US/Europe/South East Asia.
- Understanding on Software Testing /Quality Assurance / IT Services is mandatory.
- Experience in Cold calling, Email prospecting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Experience in Lead Mining from Industry Events/ LinkedIn/ CRM systems etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Mandatory traits :
- Clear and good verbal and written communication is an absolute must.
- Excellent on number and should be Target driven.
- Willingness to work in UK, EMEA shift.
- Good listening skills and time management.
- Excellent email articulation, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
