Inside Sales Role - Sales Enablement Operations Support - BP[O (2-6 yrs)
Job Scope:
- Performs a variety of complex business operation projects, for a Sales Enablement, primarily related to a specific organizational function.
- Maintains and updates tools and security groups
- Researches and prepares reports.
- Build strong working partnership with Team Lead as well as Sales Enablement FTEs
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Centers across the globe to drive consistent experience and outcomes to the local sales teams
Major Responsibilities :
- Manages projects and programs pertaining to the development and implementation of Microsoft Inside Sales - Sales Enablement team.
- This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams.
- The candidate must have technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly
- The candidate must have the ability to adhere to strict process guidelines
- Candidate should have the ability to find efficiencies and carefully document the changes within processes
- Candidate needs to be able to train/mentor in coming team members on current processes
Skills Required :
- Minimum 2-4 years of administrative or project coordination experience in fast-paced environment
- Around 1-2 years of experience in writing documents or processes in a technology environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Good to have)
- Good understanding of sales/pre-sales processes (Good to have)
- Effective project management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative group.
- Learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time.
- Highly detail oriented and effective organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
- Ability to work effectively with internal / external groups or individuals. Ability to work across teams.
- Strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.
Examples of typical work include but not limited to:
- Looking up revenue landed in MS Sales and identify Opportunities where Inside Sales team members worked on an account.
- Look up renewal data from various Microsoft sites and identify upcoming renewals for customers and input them into MSX.
- V-look up new hires to Inside Sales by role and add them as appropriate to the right Security sites and tools.
- Participate in a Yammer help site and respond to any questions that arise for the projects/processes you are working on and give a response
- Support reporting team with ad-hoc reports
- Support reporting team with an audit process
- Keeping content up to date on our intra-net site on a monthly basis
- Updating Sync with peers for consistent approach
