Inside Sales Role - SaaS Product (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Quickly learning about the SaaS ecosystem and associated technologies
- Sourcing new leads in a rapid manner
- Establishing rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
- Understanding a lead's needs and effectively communicating how Whatfix will meet them
- Documenting various details including current SaaS environment, pain points, use cases, next steps
- Using CRM for Lead engagement, management, and sales forecasting
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Clear passion for Prospecting, Sales and strong communication skills
- 1-2 years of successful sales or lead qualification experience in a SaaS product for North American Market is a plus
- General understanding of SaaS - Do some online reading!
