Inside Sales Role - SaaS Firm (1-5 yrs)

The Job :
- As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients and generating leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our user base and helping clients efficiently manage their compliance needs.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Generate, nurture, and manage leads through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their compliance needs and educate them on ComplyAny's solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback from lead interactions to help improve our products and services.
Ideal Candidate :
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Adept at using email and phone for prospecting and lead qualification.
Education : MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institutions
Experience : 1-5 years in Sales domain (not marketing or other)
Preference : Exposure in SaaS B2B sales
Joining : preference who can join early, asap.
