Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Timely follow up on the subscription plans/payments.
- Resolve customer queries related to the product and service.
- Handle objections & respond appropriately.
- Retain customers .
- Ensure 100% capture of customer communication on the designated systems.
- Meet required monthly targets.
- Outbound/Inbound customer calls: communicate product features/benefits.
- Daily reports on sales and collection calls.
- Adhere to company policies.
