Inside Sales Role - Recruitment Process Outsourcing (3-6 yrs)
NLB Services is looking for a bright and enthusiastic professional for business development/inside sales of RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) solutions for prospective clients across the globe. The desired candidate will be expected to have 3-6 years of sales/business development experience in the RPO, staffing, recruitment, MSP, and other workforce related sector with knowledge of RPO concepts and sales tactics.
Shift Timings: Multiple shifts. Candidate should be ready to work in US/UK shift timings.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- This is an individual contributor's role responsible for client acquisition for Recruitment and Staffing Services business
- Target mid-market, large size and Fortune companies to explore RPO opportunities by identifying and approaching key decision makers.
- Create sales plans and go-to market strategies to grow market share, differentiate our company against competitors to acquire new business.
- Develop strong business relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and Procurement leaders within the mid-sized and fortune 1000 clients.
- Schedule appointments/meetings with the appropriate stakeholders at prospective clients on regular basis, increase the number of new opportunities in the sales pipeline, maintain periodic follow ups and effectively drive the opportunities through the funnel to convert to closed contract.
- Apply the knowledge of RPO solutions, concepts, and industry trends to a business development opportunity, and educate the client while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and sales leaders to leverage our capabilities and close sales.
- Align with internal team to draft and submit responses to open proposals/RFI/RFPs in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with prospective clients.
- Responsible for managing pipeline and reporting to management on regular basis.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the sales/business development role within staffing, recruitment, MSP /RPO Solutions. Candidates with prior experience of selling RPO solutions will be preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent consulting, analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
- Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing & closing staffing opportunities
- Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree preferred
