Position Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Monjin and help drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers in the USA market. The Inside Sales Representative will work remotely from India and will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound calls, and closing deals with customers in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the USA market and generate at least 100 new leads per month.
- Contact potential customers through cold calling and email campaigns during USA business hours, and make at least 60 outbound calls per day.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on the USA market, with a target of at least 500 opportunities in the pipeline at any given time.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements and communicating the value proposition of Monjin's products and services to potential customers.
- Close sales and achieve a monthly quota of at least $50,000 in new business revenue, with a quarterly quota of $150,000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends in the USA market.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM ( pipedrive preferable) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the USA market, with a quota of at least $50,000 per month.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear North American accent.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently from India, and adapt to the USA business hours..
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Fluency in English with a clear North American accent.
Targets :
- 100 new leads generated per month.
- 60 outbound calls made per day.
- 500 opportunities in the sales pipeline at any given time.
- $50,000 in new business revenue per month.
- $150,000 in new business revenue per quarter.

- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Conversion rate from opportunity to closed sale.
