Inside Sales Role - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
TGS is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 80+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and booking meetings. 1. Identify key players and new opportunities via research, cold calling, and emails.
2. Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, authority and requirements for meetings.
3. New Account Hunting : Proactively identify and reach out to new potential accounts, using innovative strategies to capture untapped market segments.
4. Strategic Outreach : Engage in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to establish initial contact and generate interest among potential clients.
5. Initial Engagement : Conduct initial needs assessment and qualification of potential clients to determine how our solutions align with their business objectives.
6. Lead Generation : Develop a robust pipeline of leads through aggressive prospecting and networking.
7. Tools : Great to have tools knowledge like Apollo, Linkedin sales Navigator, Hubspot etc.
8. Work in B2B customer segments only.
9. Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships.
10. Track all activity in Hubspot (CRM).
11. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
12. Collaborate with the solutions team to create comprehensive marketing plans and proposals. Maintain a realistic sales pipeline, ensuring consistent sales activities.
13. Accurately report sales progress through weekly reports and forecast revenue projections.
Qualifications :
- A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- Having IT/Recruitment(Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling 80+ calls per day.
- Proficient with google workspace, product sales.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Successful track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or similar
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Customer focussed and adaptable to different personality types
- Have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Possess previous experience in a call dealing with Indian consumers.
