The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure generation of leads through call references, Digital campaign & overall marketing of the organisation.
- To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries to maximize sales conversions.
- Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects
- Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided in ERP systems
- Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit
- Following up with the clients until the leads get closed
- Generating site visits.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Property Marketing / Leasing role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
