Inside Sales Role - Mortgage/Banking (2-5 yrs)
Inside Sales - Australian Mortgage
Responsibilities :
- Become well versed with the business in short span of time and Identify support areas early to effectively generate new prospects for the business
- Generating sales leads and prospecting for new sales opportunities through Social Media tools, search, and emailing.
- Working on email campaigns with Digital marketing support
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new and potential customers, pooling in support when required from the senior management team in India & Australia.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Regularly convert prospects to active clients for the company
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Maintain live MIS (shared on an ongoing basis with all senior management) of the sales funnel and follow-up action with expected timelines to closure
- Present work in progress report to the senior management team on a bi-monthly basis
Qualifications and experience needed :
- Post-Graduation in Commerce/Finance/MBA (Finance)/CA
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English language will be required for the profile.
- Proven sales experience of 2-5 years in online/inside sales
- Maturity of thought and ability to think clearly is required for the profile
- Excellent time management skills
