OLA - 6 days working

- This role would be part of the B2C sales function.

- Looking for passionate sales professionals with demonstrated capability in sales target achievement and business development. The candidate should be a self-starter, can chase set targets, and result oriented.

Job Description :

- Making enhanced outbound calls

- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages

- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

- Create Sales funnel from the leads provided as well as through own initiative

- Rigorous follow-up with clients. Keeping track of clients and sending reminders.

- Closing sales. Conversion of leads received through various channels

- Proactively identifying cross- selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

- Get references through the existing customer base, and own network to increase the sales funnel.

- Improvement based on customer interaction/feedback

- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

- Creating and maintaining list/database in CRM

- Preparing short- term and long- term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals

- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals in line with team/organizational objectives

- Work with the team to meet sales goals, planning, and forecasting

- Maintaining call reports, enrolment/conversion report, and sharing daily activity report with reporting personal.

What you should have :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers (Students, working professionals, Institutions, corporates, etc.)

- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day

- Hunter with a challenger mindset

- Passion for sales and marketing and willing to try and learn new things.

- Highly confident

- Best convincing ability

- Ambitious and Good Relationship Management skills

- Good Networking Skills

- Focused, Persuasive, Target oriented, Punctual

- Excellent Sales Presentation

- Positive Attitude towards work

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

- Prior experience in Education Course selling/Counselling will be preferred.

- Language proficiency: English Kannada and Hindi Language
