Inside Sales Role - IT Staffing (2-6 yrs)
Roles And Responsibility :
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding account requirements.
- Work with Leadership to close sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objectives, preparing contracts.
- Identify customer pain by investigating problems, preparing scope, making recommendations to management.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales accounts.
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Make 100 cold (sales) calls per day.
- Recommend changes in service products & policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Ability to sell IT Staffing, SOW based services, solutions and services both at MSP/VMS & Direct relationship based clients.
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling and Email campaigns
- Thorough knowledge and proven connects with the major MSP's/VMS based clients
- Ability to generate the business through the new client acquisitions (preferably Fortune 5000) with known and new contacts
- Proven track record of closing 3-4 new logos for the employer (minimum IT annual spend of $30 m)
- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences.
- Negotiate the rates with the clients.
- Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
- Arranging in-person meetings with our company management in the US.
- Following up with clients to gather requirements and work on RFI/RFP's.
- Involved with development and the pre-sales teams to respond to RFI/RFP's.
- Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.
- Willing to work in night shift
Requirements :
- 2-6 years of a proven sales track record in acquiring staffing opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in making presentations to C-level or technical audiences
- Effective sales and marketing skills
- Strong business development and prospecting skills
- Strong and verifiable contact list is a big plus
- Existing base of Fortune 2000 or Unicorns a big plus.
- Strong desire to develop new business contacts
- Ability to work in a team environment
