Inside Sales Role - IT Firm (3-8 yrs)
PFB the JD for the Role of Inside Sales :
The role of Inside Sales is to generate leads for the Account Executives (India & Global)
- S/he must work on social media and other channels to find potential prospects
- S/he is expected to understand the company objective and accordingly align his/her day-to-day activities and achieve his/her daily, weekly and monthly targets while maintaining activity reports
- S/he must be very well versed in researching and finding the right POCs along with their contact details
- S/he has to be able to understand the qualification criteria and get a good grasp of the industry and the product to be able to source the right leads
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
- Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
- Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.
- Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
- B2B Sales, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce
Education : This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales and marketing experience

Working day : Mon - Fri
Location : Mumbai (Ghatkopar West) and South Delhi. One month training in the Mumbai office if required.
