Inside Sales Role - IT (5-8 yrs)
Urgent Hiring for Inside Sales Representative for a Startup Company at South Delhi.
Position: Inside Sales (Startups)
Experience: 5+
Location: South Delhi
Salary: Upto 6 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. The Inside Sales will develop the Startup - Inside Sales practice from ground up.
2. Will be a critical component of the sales leadership team.
3. Identify key industries and accounts within the Startup cities of India.
4. Create a comprehensive industry wise account list for the assigned geography through data mining, data provided.
5. Map key stakeholders within the account
6. Work with leadership and design team to create and launch reach out campaigns
7. Create sales/marketing qualified leads through cold calling, Email, LinkedIn, social etc.
8. Arrange meetings /introductory/demo calls with relevant stakeholders
9. Build a strong leads pipeline and achieve sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships
10. Identify additional revenue streams through cross selling and up selling.
11. Create channels/Alliances with technology companies in the assigned geography
12. Extensive use of CRM to create a cycle of improvement using CRM dashboards and reports. 13. Ensure standardization of data in the CRM and that reports are consistent across the teams 14. Assist in solution/proposal creation.
Desired Skillset :
1. 5+ years of experience in selling technology/products/SaaS offerings to technology buyers across geographies.
2. Existing customer network in the startup sector
3. Understanding of consultative selling approach and proven track record of solution selling directly to customers.
4. Excellent communication skills (writing/verbal) is a MUST
5. Currently working in managed services/cloud/security/SaaS
6. Leadership skills
7. Prior experience in setting up similar practice for a technology company from ground up is desirable.
