Inside Sales Role - IT (5-7 yrs)
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through social media and other portals, Emails, and Cold Calling.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our offerings, product features and benefits.
- Organizing virtual meetings to set up meetings with prospects and clients.
- Advise customers on suitable product & service selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Sales funnel planning & maintenance duly cataloged in the CRM.
- Creating a sales pipeline to reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process accurately.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, inbound calls, and similar modes.
- Data research and ability to utilize the data for generating Business Prospects.
- Coordinating with management, team and sharing the reports on time.
- Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development.
- Qualifying the customer requirement.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
Job Requirements :
- Effective verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Services Delivery.
- Experience building trusted relationships with the right stakeholders at customer end.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven sales experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A leader and is passionate about making things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
- Likes to bring creativity & innovation at work.
- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
