Inside Sales Role - IT (5-6 yrs)
- Experience as Inside Sales Representative for software/hardware business for an IT industry
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Lead generation
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers which will be corporate as well as government customer, and following up on leads.
- Hands-on experience in selling backup, cloud infra/on-premise infra, mailing, security etc
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Understanding of complete sales cycle.
- Should be well versed with excel, power point presentations and creation of proposal.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
