Program Manager : Inside Sales role

- Person who has handled a large team of sales professionals.

- Location Is Hyderabad. Not a work from home assignment.

Responsibilities :

- Client advocate - primary client point of contact on assigned campaigns.

- Deliver flawless results that exceed clients- goals on every program while maintaining company profitability goals.

- Drive client satisfaction on all aspects of the campaign, with proper and timely client communication.

- Define and identify additional business opportunities within your assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with sales leaders and team members within the organization to ensure consistent messaging and tactics are being used to reach overall organizational goals.

- Be a Data Evangelist

- Ability to perform operational analysis and provide data driven insight combined with an ability to examine data across multiple projects

- Follow all Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role of this position.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree is a major plus

- Client-facing, consulting and/or project management experience with strong interpersonal skills.

- Possess a high level of integrity.

- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail.

- Ability to multi-task and manage projects at different stages of development and execution simultaneously.

- Prior experience as a business analyst highly preferred.
