We have been retained by our IT MNC Client to hire Inside Sales Professionals (US Geography) for their Noida ODC.

Experience Range: 4 - 8Years
Joining Time: Immediate to 30 Days
Shift Timings: US Shift

Job Description:
Non Negotiable criteria :
- Inside sales experience in selling custom software application development services
- Inside sales experience in the western world (US, Europe, Australia)
- Lead generation thru cold calling
Must have :
- Must have proven experience in new business development from US markets.
- Should be open to work in overlapping of US Shift timings.
- Must have excellent verbal & written English Skills for effective communication with International Clients.
- Must be involved in generating leads through outbound cold calling/ emails & other effective inside sales channels.,
- Must be able own the entire lead generation cycle right from market research to receiving RFQ/RFI.
- Must be working in a company/ project involving custom Software development (Web/Desktop application), QA, Data analytics Solutions, Cloud based solutions etc.
- Must have the ability to identify the right potential &pitch company's services.
Nice to have :
- Ability to build instant rapport with the customers.
- Stay informed about competing products & services.
- Stay updated about the latest trends in the international market with respect to technology & competitors.
