Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop / Execute Inside Recruitment Sales plans including Lead Generation and Closure.
- Generate target market contact database by performing market research through social media, online database, web etc.
- Minimum 4+ years inside sales experience in a B2B commercial software inside sales role.
- You will also assist the recruitment sales team to conduct research on target accounts and develop account penetration plans.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, team environment.
- Communicate information concerning demonstration requirements and coordinate schedules with potential customers and outside sales staff as appropriate.
- This is not a field job, however candidates having an inherit flair for Business to Business sales and marketing are welcome.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Recruitment Sales of IT services and solutions domain
- Develop business with small/medium and large sized companies.
- Build Leads / Deals pipeline by executing campaigns.
- She/he should have good communication and a high level of energy in work.
- Ability to use CRM Tools.
- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- She/he should be target oriented; self-motivated and interested to take up challenges - above all someone who is sincere.
