Inside Sales Role - IT (3-8 yrs)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads in the USA through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Make 80-100 calls per day and ensure 8-10 meetings set up every month
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, followup calls.
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Must have experience in calling customers in the USA pitching some IT service or product
- Must have track record of calling at least 100 customers per day and generating 8-10 meetings per month.
- Experience of at least 3 years working for IT or Software product companies
- Working hours 6 30 pm IST to 3 30 am IST
