Inside Sales Role - IT (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- B2B Lead Generation & Sales is the prime responsibility in the given geography with focus on sales performance.
- Understands and positions Applications products and service offerings to B2B customers.
- You are a true relationship builder, able to discuss IT business solutions with senior management in your region.
- Owning the overall Territory coverage Plan and the roll in order to make sure that the territory is being approach efficiently to reach revenue and profitability goals.
- Understands target markets (industry, geography and LOBs), solution offering strengths, references, partners and competitive landscape.
Your strength lies in consultative conversations and information gathering to the point of passing a fully qualified lead to a BDM
- Manage customer relationships & cult customer management skills.
- You thrive in developing ongoing authentic relationships with senior decision makers in your markets.
- Re-qualifying leads from events, email blast, other Sales networking activities
- Proactively keep apprised of marketing activities for lead generation campaign opportunities
- Exploring their explicit and implied needs as they relate to Digiscape Solution offerings. Once explicit and implied needs have been identified, to create a lead for Digiscape's Sales Manager.
- Your strength lies in consultative conversations and information gathering to the point of passing a fully qualified lead to a BDM.
- You thrive in developing ongoing authentic relationships with senior decision makers in your markets.
- Ability to qualify sales leads - advanced questioning techniques required
Skills/ Experience:-
- Graduate/ MBA with minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales experience with good Understanding of IT Services & Sales on Phone.
- Strong Selling skills is mandatory requirement & selection will be done on the basis of it.
- Sales CRM, Strong networking & partnering skills
- Exceptional English speaking & writing skills.
- Calling Experience which requires gathering intelligence and handling objections.
- Information about US/ Europe/ India/ Middle East Sales environment/ Time Zones & Geography.
- Is willing to work in the shifts as per target geography. He/She Should be local to Delhi/Noida or is willing to relocate.
