Skills: No. Of Yrs experience in IT Industry, Connecting with C level, Experience in online search tools (eg. LinkedIn, Loosha), Targets & Achievement, lead generation, IT sales, cold calling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage the entire inside/ tele sales vertical of the organization which strives to deliver the business targets.
- Managing the Inside Sales Team/ Process & Operations effectively. Setting and tracking sales targets for the team.
- Hire, train, cross skill & up skill and retain the best tele sales talent.
- Own complete P&L of the tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business.
- Monitoring Lead metrics, Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual prospect/lead pipeline.
- Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals for your teams.
- Ensuring Sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.
- Lead generation, Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances.
- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven experimentation.
