Inside Sales Role - IT (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research and social media to introduce company product and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach out to them
- Outreach to prospects identified via research or external sources and appropriately position offering
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel to closure
- Handle inbound, prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
Requirements :
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in Inside sales role. SAAS/ B2B sales preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
- Willing to work in US shift
- Located or willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Tech savvy and able to learn new technologies and tools quickly
