Inside Sales Role - IT (2-10 yrs)

Job Title : Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Strategy & Business Development

Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Mon-Fri)

Nature of Assignment : Permanent

Location : Pune/Noida/ Chandigarh

Sat & Sun are fixed off.

Job details :

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Generate and acquire leads to establish new meetings with potential clients in the IT sector in the US and Canada.

- Conduct cold calls to leads sourced from trade shows, networking events, strategic accounts, and prospective clients.

- Oversee the entire business development pipeline, from the initial sales call to the closing of deals.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of IT services, technology sales, data centers, cloud services, AWS, Azure, and cybersecurity.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a targeted list of direct clients and partners across all levels, including C-level and operational/managerial levels.

- Aid in creating a client base of qualified contacts, uphold performance standards, and expand the pipeline for future business.

- Support the management of client accounts by participating in or observing meetings, handling correspondence, communicating with clients, and addressing any concerns.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Bachelor/master's degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred social networking sourcing skills preferred Strong internet skills including a variety of web-based applications. Strong MS Office experience, Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills Increased level of business knowledge.

- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.

- Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people face to face.

- Experience dealing directly with decision-makers and comfortable with negotiation

- Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

- Proven sales track record

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
