Inside Sales Role - IT (1-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing and Qualification:
- Engage proactively with potential clients through outbound audio/video calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with our NaaS solutions.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Understand each prospective client's unique business challenges, objectives, and pain points.
- Tailor product presentations and discussions to address specific client requirements effectively.
Process-Driven Execution:
- Implement and rigorously follow sales development processes, including lead tracking, nurturing cadence, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition nurtured leads into the sales pipeline.
Effective Communication Skills:
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey the value proposition of our NaaS solutions.
- Demonstrate persuasive communication skills to secure meetings and appointments with potential clients.
Education and Experience:
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Tech, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in pre-sales or technology sales, lead generation, or a related field.
- Showcase a track record of successful lead nurturing and achieving or exceeding targets.
