The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients in various sectors, leveraging tools and platforms to generate leads.
Customer Engagement : Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to create interest in our IT solutions.
Consultative Selling : Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' IT challenges and present tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing tools.
Proposal Development : Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring they align with their needs and budget.
Account Management : Maintain relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
CRM Management : Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and report on sales activities and outcomes to management
Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
