Inside Sales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out to better understand their business needs through Inside Sales process of cold calling and converting the cold leads into hot leads.
Responsibilities :
- Excellent communications
- Ability and willingness to do cold calling
- Smart and Active
KRA :
- Identify and qualify new customer, identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Generate sales leads/appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting/cold calling
- Understand customer requirements & advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills
- Qualifying marketing generated leads for Sales Teams
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
- Exposure to FinTech or Expense management sales preferred (not mandatory) however B2B sales is must
Office Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Timing: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
