Inside Sales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
- To be the owner driving a collaborative ecosystem, leverage and align our internal stakeholders to progress the identified pipeline.
- Customer demos, lead management, processing non-standard pricing requests, assist with sales positioning on partner leads, and work alongside partners to close opportunities.
- Track sales opportunities (leads, deal registration, quotes, etc.) and drive revenue generation activities.
- Daily proactive calls within assigned territory.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the company's value proposition.
- Responsible for understanding the company's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- To drive operational excellence and ensure system accuracy by adopting all the management tools.
- To hold a pipeline cadence and conduct periodic reviews within the assigned territory and provide input to the regional sales forecast.
- To continuously educate oneself to upskill, learn about leadership, and ensure industry and competitive knowledge.\
About You :
- 1+ years sales experience in the IT Industry with a successful sales track record (a history of new logo acquisition and consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals).
- Experience in Cloud industries, enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization, SaaS industry, IT Infrastructure strongly preferred.
- Ability to drive B2B conversations and optimize new route-to-market.
- Experience in building, generating, and managing account-specific business plans.
- Experience cold-calling, prospecting into Target Accounts aligning with the GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a client discussion via both in-person and any collaborative platform.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including google workspace and CRM tools such as Zoho Begin.
- Proven consistent goal achievement and quota attainment
