Inside Sales Representative (For Cybersecurity Segment)

- Candidates must be self-starters and willing to work with the Sales team.


- Experience ininteraction with Vendors like VMware, Microsoft, Adobe, SentinalOne, Veritas, Veeam, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Netskope, etc would be preferred

Role Description:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, helping close business, and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based Sales quotas. The Inside Sales representative will conduct research to identify leads, build a data base of customers and their IT requirements and help the sales team in follow-up and closures of opportunities.

Job Duties:

a. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

b. Identify decision makers with target leads to begin the sale process.

c. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.

d. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sale approaches.

e. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to team members

f. Maintain & expand the company database of prospects.

g. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

h. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/ service demonstrations, and other sales actions.

i. Assist in creating commercial proposals or RFPs for potential customers.

j. Where necessary support marketing efforts such as Webinars, events, and Digital marketing,

k. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via email & telephone, cross-sell & upsell.

l. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into opportunity/ sales.

m. Overcome Objections of prospective customers.

n. Emphasize product /service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms/ or reports.

o. Enter new customer data and update changes in existing accounts in the corporate database in CRM.

p. Attend periodic sales training wherever applicable.

q. Appropriately communicate brand identity & corporate position.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum Graduate and knowledge of IT Infrastructure/ IT security software

2. Strong selling skills

3. Certification in security & related technologies will be an added advantage

4. Experience in Inside sales for a minimum of 2-4 years and in the Software field of 1-2 years.

5. Result-oriented, target-driven, and able to think out of the box.

6. Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways for selling the company products & services.

7. Good communication skills and proficiency in writing skills.
