Inside Sales Role - IT (1-2 yrs)
Inside Sales Executives will source new sales opportunities for education program through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- They will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, effectively communicating the organization's product to prospective clients, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.
- They will maintain and expand their individual databases of prospects within their assigned territories; research accounts, identify key players and generate interest; and engage with key decision-makers therein to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
They will also assist in developing the sales strategies for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation; experience in end-to-end sales is a plus.
- Prior experience with CRM systems.
- Must be proficient in English. Intermediate knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
- Female candidates who are Bangalore residents are preferred.
- Previous Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales - B2B or B2C
