Inside Sales Role - IT (0-4 yrs)
Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic & energetic sales representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
IMPORTANT - Please do not apply unless you can speak Gujarati, Hindi & English.
Responsibilities :
1. Cold calling convenience store owners based in the USA.
2. Majority of these owners will be native Gujarati so it's important you are able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
3. Collaborate and brainstorm with the sales team to reach out to independent convenience store owners in the United States.
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements/needs and close sales as per company process.
5. Go an - EXTRA MILE- to meet sales expectations and facilitate future sales.
6. Keep records of all the sales calls, deals closed and notes that have useful information for your further improvement purpose.
7. Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients for getting referral business and upselling.
Requirements :
1. Positive attitude and full of enthusiasm.
2. 2+ years of outbound calling sales experience. Freshers may also apply (no experience but high skills can be considered).
3. Experienced in selling to international clients (specifically US & Canada).
4. MUST be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English. This is a deal maker for our client
