As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, by identifying customer needs and aligning them with our IT product and service offerings. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement. Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline.

- Sales Presentations & Product Demos:

- Present our IT products and services to prospective clients via phone, video calls, or in-person (when applicable), demonstrating the value and benefits tailored to their business needs.

- Sales Conversion & Negotiation:

- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our solutions and handling objections. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

- Collaboration with Team:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing processes. Coordinate with the technical team to address client queries and offer customized solutions.

- CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system to ensure smooth tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts.

- Market Research & Reporting:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company effectively. Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or IT sales (1-2 years preferred).

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office suite.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and persevere in the face of challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
