Inside Sales Role - Internet/Online (1-8 yrs)
Inside Sales
- New customer acquisition via phone, email, or other online channels
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organisation and look for new opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website, emails, and inbound calls.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain client relations
- Work with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeply
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times
Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/ Marketing or a related subject
- Proven experience in sales/marketing profile, ideally in the IT service industry
- Should have a strong understanding of online advertising process and technology Fundamentals
- Good business sense
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot) would be a plus
- Deep understanding of sales & marketing principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills
