Job Summary:
Inside sales engineers act as negotiators between sales units and clients to increase company profits and revenue using specialized technical knowledge. This job includes creating specialized sales reports, enforcing sales plans and programs, and providing technical expertise and advice to clients
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (Sales & Support)
- Responsible to searching new clients who might benefit from the products or services their company provides and aim to maximize client potential in different allocated regions.
- Ensure negotiating with vendor and contract terms that match the needs of both the client and the company, establishing conditions that satisfy both parties.
- Responsible for providing Pre- Technical assistance to customers as per their requirement
- Provide guidance and assistance based on their problems, using their product knowledge to help clients make good choices.
- Responsible to maintain relationship with existing and new customers by giving them asurity about service and quality.
- Co-ordination with Dispatch team to dispatch Material to Customers/Vendors/partners on daily basis till get the LR from Team as well. Responsible for co-ordinate with production dept. for dispatch as well as rejected material.
- Responsible for replying on each and every mail came in Inbox.
- Designing new offers for customers
- Making Technical Presentations as per customer applications.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with logistics team for the shipment of products.
- Ensure daily reporting to manager
- Driving complete support cycle for Field engineers. Responsible for online support to field engineers and customers too.
2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications / Certifications : Graduate from any stream of Engineering
Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
Skills
- Good Knowledge of Tally ERP 9
- Knowledge of Accounting software
- Knowledge of CRM
- Good Knowledge of engineering products/ calculations
- Hardworking.

- Presentable.
- Social Marketing.
