1. Connect with Doctors over call/email and to explain them about the website
2. Maintaining the data for lead generated.
3. Coordinate with internal team for case closure.
4. Coordination with Doctors for Survey & Promotions
5. Maintaining and managing Data in Excel
6. Backend activities of Website like Verification & handling QRC
Relevant knowledge :
1. Good oral and written English & Hindi communication
2. Experience in customer service
3. Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word & power point
