Inside Sales Role - Executive Search Firm (1-3 yrs)
Ours is a recruitment firm in existence since 1997 . We have been serving various Corporates and Government organization on pan India basis.
- The hiring of the manpower is done across all levels both in IT and NON IT sectors.
- We work for 5 days a week and our office location is 2 minutes away from metro station in Gurgaon.
- The candidate should be good in spoken English and have an ability to talk to the HR departments in various companies and generate business leads.
- The candidate should also have an ability to surf internet and make the required data base of the companies; make MIS reports.
Interacting with the client Hiring Managers for the open positions and distributing the work to the recruiters.
- Managed full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling, and consultation for closures.
- Generating leads and clients for IT and NON-IT recruitment services.
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities from existing and potential customers
- Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts
- Reassuring that the customer's needs are fulfilled and all the vacancies in the company are been filled with in the dead line.
- Responsible for total account management and serve as a primary interface with assigned and new business customers.
